  • Lightspeed Technologies is proud to offer the E2223 Dali 2 Automatic Alignment System with MDE123 XYZ Positioner from Elliot Scientific.  This system is comprised of a model E2200 3-axes automated feedback piezo controller plus an Elliot Gold TM Series XYZ flexure stage fitted wtih piezo actuators providing 25um of piezo and 2mm of manual adjustment in each of the three axes.
