  • Standard piezo adjuster for applications requiring greater resolution than that achievable with manual adjusters or where "hands free" operation of the positioner is required.  The MDE218 offers 25um of direct-drive piezo travel with 10nm resolution and incorporates a  12mm sleeve matched to the Elliot Gold™ series flexure stage.
